What can be an easy way to change things in your life and learn how to experience the space of ease and being a joy to others and to yourself. When you gift Bars, you will also receive. In this class you exchange Bars twice with gifting and receiving.
How easy is it to learn this?
Every class is different, neither is the same.
There are 32 points on the head to melt everything that is not working for you and to let it go from your body and mind. This process changed my life and I am happy to be doing better and better every day. There is always hope to change anything in your life and to live in ease and joy.
